In your email, kindly provide the desired date, and reason for the change. The safety and well<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">being of our campus community, including<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">students,<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">guests and visitors, is our top priority. <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page44R_mcid3\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">AOB &amp; ASHA have put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the COVID<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">19 v<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">irus; however, under no circumstances, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">are they able to guarantee that you or a guest will not become infected with the virus while on premises and in surrounding a<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">reas. <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Therefore,<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">partic<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">i<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">pate<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">at your own risk.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span id=\"page44R_mcid5\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">By accepting this event attendee waiver and re<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">lease of liability form, I acknowledge the contagious and evolving nature of COVID<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">19 <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">virus and become affected as a result. I understand the risk of becoming <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">infected may impact members of the c<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ommunity, event guests, and event attendee\u2019s families or personal contacts.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span id=\"page44R_mcid6\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any expense, liability, illness, injury, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">disability or death related to contracting the virus while attending Breathcamp 202<\/span>3 <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">hosted at ASHA<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">, and our other locations<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">.
